Beef stew pasta

Another old picture that i found, if i remember correctly this was pretty good.

A quick beef stew with some pasta.

1. Brown some chuck roast in a hot pan.
2. deglaze with chicken stock and some water.
3. Add chopped carrots, pinch of italian seasoning.
4. Simmer for 30 mins.
5. Boil your pasta of choice, al dente
6. Add pasta to stew, salt and pepper to taste.
