Gilthead bream with native lobster risotto, lemongrass and Thai basil, originally uploaded by aznkey.
Hands down my favorite dish of the day. Also happens to be my entree=) The bream on top was perfectly cooked. The skin was very crispy and the flesh nice and flaky. The lobster risotto undernearth was also very good with several nice chunks of lobster.
