Unripened mango with a savory dipping sauce made from palm sugar, dried shrimp, fish sauce and lime juice.

Sweet rice cake that is sorta like a mochi

Loch chon- chewy rice noodles flavor with a special thai plant extract in coconut cream.

Don't know what this is called- Rice flour mochi like things covered with coconut shreds that you dip in palm sugar with toasted rice crispies

Tup tim- Jack fruit, jello, water chestnut wrapped in mochi all swimming in coconut milk and syrup.

coconut jello- the texture of this does not taste like jello, because it's made with agar gar so it;s harder than regular jello and more.. brittle?
