Cheesecake with chocolate florentine cookie with strawberry compote.
The creamy cheese cake went well with the fruit compote since it was not flavored. I prefer my cheesecakes to be lighter, but everyone else seem to like it. The cookie seems like a caramel brittle to me.

My name is Kinda(Kin--da) and I am a fourth year chemistry student at UC Davis. I have always had an interest in preparing and enjoying good food.
