duck somen

Move over Sam Woo! The bbq duck here at Ding Hao( chinese place across the street) kicks ass. Taking some left over duck from lunch i made this duck noodle.

1 can of chicken broth
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs soy
as much duck as you want
as much somen as you want
Duck fat is one of those things that you shouldn't eat but is soo tasty. So whenever i eat duck i have a habit of removing the layer of fat right under the skin, but keeping the skin. The skin is where most of the flavor is anyways, plus there shoudl still be a some fat on it.

mm.. that's usually what i do--eat the skin.. and spoon it and greasy duck sauce over my rice so the flavor really sinks in.. heart attack time. i'm in love.
