Simple and delicous way to enjoy chicken.

Preheat oven to 450F

Wash and dry a whole chicken. Remove any acess fat. Make sure the chicken is nice and dry(so it doesn't steam in the oven). Season with about 1-2 tbs of salt depending on the size of your chicken. Use proper judgment, season thicker areas like the breast and thighs more heavily than wings. Season with pepper to your liking.

Cut up some potatoes of your choice into 1 in cubes. Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place chicken on a baking sheet and surround it with your potatos.

Bake for 50-60 mins. Watch your bird, and rotate it to ensure even coloring if required. Don't baste the chicken.

Let the chicken rest of 15 minutes before cutting. Catch the dripping with your potatos, yum+4.
