Lemon Chive Steak

I didn't think that short ribs would make a good steak but it turned out pretty well. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Seared in a hot pan ~3 mins/side. Finished with chives, butter and lemon.

Cool steak before cutting to keep it juicy.
